High we exalt thee, realm of the free;

높이 우리는 그대를 찬양하나니, 자유인의 나라여;

Great is the love we have for thee;

그대를 향한 우리의 사랑은 크도다;

Firmly united ever we stand,

굳게 하나 되어 우리는 언제나 서리니,

Singing thy praise, O native land.

오 조국이여, 그대의 찬가를 노래하며.

We raise up our hearts and our voices on high,

우리는 우리의 마음과 목소리를 높이 들어 올리니,

The hills and the valleys re-echo our cry;

언덕과 골짜기들이 우리의 외침을 메아리친다;

Blessing and peace be ever thine own,

복과 평화가 언제나 그대의 것이 되기를,

Land that we love, our Sierra Leone.

One with a faith that wisdom inspires,

지혜가 불러일으키는 믿음과 하나 되어,

One with a zeal that never tires;

Ever we seek to honour thy name,
